I-90 links Seattle with central and eastern Washington State, passing through Rapid City and Sioux Falls on its way to east to Chicago, Illinois and Boston, Massachusetts. Getting Around Seattle The streets of Seattle are almost always busy and visitors are not advised to drive around the downtown area if it can be avoided.
